We’ve been fully remote from the beginning, and have a team of 140+ people all over the world.
We love crafting beautiful products and growing a business together, but we're also trying to do something bigger. We're building a company that brings out your best and leaves the world a better place — a company that seeks balance between profit and purpose. That's why we've been a Certified B Corporation since 2019 and have pledged 1% of our equity back to the community.

Company values
Happy to Help
Help is our first name. We show up for others, not because we have to, but because we want to. We share knowledge and give freely by default, and operate with generosity and empathy for each other, our customers, and our community. After all, there is no I in team (or software).
Craft over Convention
Although it’s tempting to follow a well-worn path, we push ourselves to run beyond it — even when that sets us apart from our peers. We’re building a culture where it’s safe to be ambitious and hold each other to high standards. That’s why we obsess over the last 10%, because it shows up for our customers and the business in powerful ways.
Progress not Perfection
The work of building a product, culture, and brand is never done – we ship our best effort, listen, iterate, then repeat. Seeking progress requires the vulnerability to be curious, humble, and hungry to learn. Great ideas can come from anywhere, so we share our work openly, welcome the perspective of others, and continuously search for what can be improved.
Own the Outcome
Ownership is key to our collective success. We consider the impact on our team and our community before we act, and believe that trust and integrity are non-negotiable. To create a better future, our decisions are made with stakeholders today and ten years from now in mind.

The Role
We’re hiring a Senior Software Engineer with a strong backend focus. This role is essential in driving innovation within our engineering team while maintaining the reliability and scalability of our systems. Reporting to Claire, our VP of Engineering, you’ll take on the role of our most senior engineering collaborator, shaping architectural decisions, refining engineering processes, and delivering impactful solutions that align with our business goals.
What You’ll Do:
Build and deliver new features end-to-end, from concept to deployment, ensuring high quality and performance
Drive major architectural and data model decisions, influencing the technical direction of our projects
Shape and refine engineering processes to enhance development velocity, delivery quality, and the developer experience
Balance innovation with maintaining legacy systems, iterating thoughtfully to solve real user problems
Mentor peers through technical knowledge-sharing while prioritising delivering impactful work
Work closely with Product and Engineering leadership to align technical decisions with business goals
Play a key role in hiring, helping to identify and attract top technical talent
Your Must-Have Qualities
We value engineers who combine technical excellence, a proactive mindset, and strong collaboration skills. In this role, you’ll succeed if you demonstrate the following qualities:
Product-Minded: You think about the “why” behind building things, empathising with users to deliver what they truly need. You care about outcomes over processes and understand the trade-offs involved in product development
Ownership Mentality: You take responsibility for the success of the product and overall engineering goals, not just your specific area of focus. You embrace flexibility, contributing across the stack to drive impactful solutions
Urgency with Focus: You know how to prioritise what matters most, focusing on high-impact work while avoiding distractions on less critical issues. You balance speed with thoughtful decision-making, ensuring sensitive systems like finance remain stable while iterating quickly elsewhere
Creative Problem-Solving: You bring fresh ideas, challenge existing approaches, and balance creativity with practicality to deliver quality solutions
Strong Communication: You excel at explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and translating business needs into scalable, secure solutions
Collaborative & Growth-Oriented: You value accountability, see feedback as a tool for growth, and actively contribute to a culture of shared knowledge and mutual respect
Your Experience
Must-Have:
Proven expertise in backend development, including designing and operating highly available, scalable distributed systems. Go is preferred, but experience with Ruby, Java, or similar is also valuable
Nice-to-Have:
Expertise in Go
Familiarity with frontend development. React experience is a plus but not required
Experience in fintech or other regulated industries
Familiarity with REST and GraphQL APIs
Proficiency with infrastructure automation tools like Terraform
Strong written and verbal communication skills
This role isn’t the right fit if you:
Struggle to adapt, learn quickly, or are unwilling to work across different parts of the stack. While the role has a strong backend focus, we need someone flexible enough to contribute wherever the need is greatest, ensuring the team’s overall success
Focus excessively on processes at the expense of outcomes. While structure is helpful, delivering meaningful results for the business and users is our ultimate priority
Fail to bring urgency to high-priority work. You should know how to prioritise effectively and act with purpose, ensuring the most critical work is tackled first without sacrificing quality
Rely on big-company mindsets without understanding startup agility. This is a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You’ll need to thrive in ambiguity and adapt quickly, balancing speed and thoughtful decision-making
Undermine team morale by avoiding accountability, dismissing feedback, or failing to collaborate effectively. We value humility, respect, and teamwork

Hi 👋🏾 I’m Abhik, Ashby's Co-Founder and VP of Engineering. We’re looking for an ambitious full-stack engineer who is laser-focused on solving customer problems and making the right long-term investments to solve them not only today but in our future features and products.
What Ashby gives you in return is the best of both early and growth-stage environments. The agency and no-nonsense of a seed startup: you write product specs, make product and design decisions, and build in an almost-no-meeting culture. While also the product-market fit and scale of a growth-stage startup: thousands of daily users who depend on your software and eagerly await your next feature.
We have notable customers like Notion, Linear, Shopify, and Snowflake. Our growth and retention metrics are best-in-class among our peers: we have tens of millions in ARR, growing >100% year over year, very low churn, and many years of runway. We’ll share more details once we meet.
About the Role and How We Work
Our engineering culture strives to recreate the environments where we did our best work as ICs – where we had the ownership and agency to impact our users with creative and innovative software.
I started my career building software for artists in the Visual Effects industry. It was a formative experience for me as a software engineer because success relied on my ability to be a product manager and designer. I talked to artists to understand their needs. I came up with ideas. I did industry research, designed interfaces, and prototyped ideas. I watched artists use what I built and decided what to tackle in the next iteration. No daily stand-ups, no t-shirt sizing, no planning meetings.
I studied computer science to solve problems, not tickets, and this felt exactly like that. I not only felt creative and fulfilled but the agency and ownership we were given as engineers powered an incredible amount of innovation.
Innovation came differently (or not at all) at technology startups beyond the seed stage, often through an engineer’s force of will and ability to push back against culture (rather than any encouragement from it). Engineering was narrowed to implementation and delivery, partly due to the influence of other departments and partly due to the influx of "Agile" processes like sprint planning. In those companies, I felt like a JIRA jockey.
At Ashby, we’re building an environment that is optimistic about what engineers can own and achieve. An environment that embraces innovative engineers, and, frankly, often stays out of their way. As a Product Engineer, you’ll take ownership over a large portion of one of our products and own projects end-to-end (wearing hats traditionally worn by product and design). You’ll research competitors, write product specs, make wireframes, and more. To ground it with examples, product engineers at Ashby have:
Designed and built automated interview scheduling. This feature automates scheduling by calculating possible times from a pool of interviewers and other constraints, and then presenting these times to the candidate for selection via our responsive web app. This solves the “Calendar Tetris” problem I talk about in "What We're Building."
Built a generalized declarative filter architecture that allows users to create complex filters for any record with a consistent UI and compile it to SQL in our backend. Many user-facing features use it.
Specced, designed, and implemented a feature that allows users to complete signing offers entirely within Ashby. This project involved talking to customers to understand their requirements, deciding what technologies to use, building a prototype, and working with other team members to integrate the final implementation into additional features.
What We’re Building
Talent teams aspire to build a hiring process that identifies great candidates, moves them quickly through the interview process, and provides an excellent experience for the candidate. To accomplish this, recruiters perform thousands of daily tasks to coordinate and relay information between candidates, interviewers, and hiring managers. Teams struggle to keep up!
Scheduling a final round is an excellent example of our customers' challenges. A recruiter needs to collect availability from the candidate, identify potential interviewers, perform “Calendar Tetris” to find who is available to interview the candidate, schedule on the earliest date possible, and perform any last-minute adjustments as availability changes. They must perform this while considering the interview load on each individual and whether interviewers need to be trained and shadowing others. 🥵
Ashby provides talent teams with intelligent and powerful software that provides insights into where they’re failing and automates or simplifies many of the tasks they’re underwater with. We put a lot of effort into designing products that are approachable to beginners but mastered and extended by power users. In many ways, spreadsheets set the bar here (and are what we often replace!).
Why You Should or Shouldn’t Apply
Software engineers come in many flavors, not all of which fit our model. Here are some things to help you decide if this fits you and what you’re looking for:
You’re not afraid to tackle any part of a technology stack. You do what’s necessary to successfully deliver a feature, whether writing frontend or choosing new infrastructure. We’ll provide a supportive environment to do it successfully (e.g., design system, SRE team).
You’ve tackled projects with a lot of product and technical ambiguity, and you thrive at the intersection of the two. We’re not building a simple CRUD app, and many of the challenges we tackle require you to use your knowledge of our customers to build powerful abstractions and flexibility in the system to solve a class of problems.
You know how to strike the right balance between speed and quality. Ashby wasn’t built quickly. We took four years to launch publicly because convincing customers to switch required a high-quality product. However, time isn’t infinite, especially for a startup, so we still move with urgency—we’ve built the equivalent of three or more VC-backed startups with a very small team.
You are ambitious and always looking to improve your skills. For most engineers, this role will give you more freedom and responsibilities than you’ve experienced in the past. To thrive (and level up), you’ll need to be open to feedback (and we give lots of it).
You’re an excellent collaborator and communicator. Ownership and freedom don’t mean you work in a vacuum. You’ll need to vet your decisions with the appropriate stakeholders, keep them up to date when necessary, and work with other engineers to get your projects across the finish line. Clear and concise communication helps a lot here!
You seek to create leverage in your work. The nature of software is that you can often automate or abstract what would be tedious, time-consuming work. Your impatience usually leads to new abstractions, tools to allow Support to debug before Engineering, new lint rules to prevent common bugs, etc.
Put another way, you shouldn’t apply if:
You need company-driven process and structure to get your projects across the finish line. Sprint planning and well-defined project management processes are things you need or look to others to lead. You’d rather focus on the technical details and challenges.
You only want to do exciting work. We’re building a team of kind, collaborative folks. Customer issues and investigations are distributed across the team, including our high-level ICs.
You can get lost in the details. Once you start implementation, it can be hard to take a step back and think about the project as a whole. You like everything to be planned upfront.
You haven’t led or taken ownership of projects before. You’re used to working with tech leads and taking on tasks distributed by them.
You want to mentor earlier-career engineers. We rely on engineers owning their projects, so we need engineers with that experience. This requires the team to be reasonably tenured. More than 90% of the team would be considered Senior or above in the industry today, so mentorship opportunities are very limited.
To you, a tech lead, staff, or principal engineer is someone who spends most of their time project managing or doing architecture reviews. Our most tenured engineers spend most of their time building, and we often trust them with our most challenging problems. While they lead product and technical areas and help other engineers plan their most challenging work, it’s not a requirement, nor do engineers need their sign-off.
Engineering Culture
Our engineering culture is motivated by Benji’s (my co-founder and CEO) and my belief that a small talented team, given the right environment, can build high-quality software fast (and work regular hours!).
Collaboration is Natural & Communication is Deliberate
Our engineering team (and the team at large) consists of lifelong learners who are humble and kind (meet them here!). These attributes create an environment where collaboration happens naturally (we filter for it in interviews). We combine this with research, prototyping, and written proposals to see around corners and get feedback from the team across time zones. Focus time is something that we hold sacred, and, with thoughtful and deliberate communication, engineers are in <2h meetings per week (I wrote about it here).
Increase Leverage, not Team Size
We built Ashby with the quality, breadth, and depth that many customers would expect from much larger teams over larger time scales. We’ve done this through investment in:
Great developer tooling. Our CI/CD takes ~10m, and we deploy at least 10x a day. Everyone on the team has contributed to developer experience 💪🏾
Building blocks to create powerful and customizable products fast. At the core of Ashby is a set of common components (analytics modeling and query language, policy engine, workflow engine, design system) which we are constantly improving. Each improvement to a common component cascades throughout our app (short video below).
Here’s an impromptu quote from Arjun in our company Slack of what it’s like to build a feature at Ashby:
And a demo of one of these building blocks: https://www.loom.com/share/32c0cc3eedf2450fb66a901b76186ce4
Give Engineers Ownership & Agency
We, as engineers, find clever ways to solve problems, which amplifies when we deeply understand the problem. Benji and I did our best work as engineers when we had a deep understanding of the end-user and the business and ownership over the solution. Our engineering culture reflects this experience: engineers own projects end-to-end, from speaking with users to writing product specs to UX design. These are skills that we often don’t get to practice as engineers, and, at Ashby, we provide mentorship to grow them and help from the team where you want it.
Put Effort into Diversity
Diverse teams drive innovation and better outcomes. Having seen my mother and partner build their careers as minority women in non-diverse fields, I want to make sure Ashby creates opportunities for the next generation of engineers from underrepresented groups.
Today, 26% of engineers at Ashby are from underrepresented groups. It’s not great, and we are taking conscious steps to improve, like sourcing diverse candidates, providing generous paid family leave, no leetcode interviews, and more.
Interview Process
At Ashby, our team and interview process want to help you show your best self. We’ll dive into past projects and simulate working together via pair programming, writing tech specs collaboratively, and talking through decisions (no leetcode or whiteboard exercises). Our interview process is three rounds:
15 to 30-minute introduction call
A technical screen (60-minute in-person)
A virtual on-site of 3 hours and 15 minutes (can be split across multiple days)
Your hiring manager will be your main point of contact and prep you for interviews. You’ll meet 4 to 6 people in engineering (with ~15 minutes in each interview to ask them questions). If we don’t give an offer, we’ll provide feedback!
Your First Two Months at Ashby
We want an exceptional onboarding experience for every new hire. At Ashby, your dev environment sets up with a single script, you push your first change on day one, and we spend the rest of the time building your confidence in our codebase and practices culminating in the delivery of a prominent, impactful feature. We’ll pair you with a peer who’ll guide you through your first tasks and be someone you rely on, from answering questions to pair programming.
Technology Stack
I’m sharing our tech stack with the caveat that we don’t require previous experience in it (but a love of typed languages is helpful 😀): TypeScript (frontend & backend), Node.js, React, Apollo GraphQL, Postgres, Redis.
Benefits
Competitive salary and equity.
10-year exercise window for stock options. You shouldn’t feel pressure to purchase stock options if you leave Ashby —do it when you feel financially comfortable.
Unlimited PTO with four weeks recommended per year. Expect “Vacation?” in our one-on-one agenda until you start taking it 😅.
Twelve weeks of fully paid family leave in the US. We plan to expand this to employees in other countries as situations arise.

Snowplow, the global leader in customer data infrastructure (CDI) for AI, enables every organization to own and unlock the value of its customer behavioral data.
The Snowplow CDI fuels AI-driven marketing, digital products and services, customer experiences and fraud detection, by enabling companies like Burberry, Strava, and AutoTrader to collect and manage real-time, structured and unstructured behavorial data governed in their cloud data platform.
With thousands of companies relying on Snowplow worldwide to generate AI-ready data to uncover deeper customer journey insights, predict customer behaviors, optimize differentiated customer experiences, and detect fraud; we are at the forefront of transforming how data-driven organizations leverage their customer behavioral data.
Following our $40 million Series B funding led by global venture capital firm NEA, known for investments in Databricks, MongoDB, and Elastic, we are seeking creative and innovative individuals to help us shape the future of Snowplow.
What you will be doing
How can we take complex workflows and turn them into engaging and intuitive user experiences?
You’ll be working to enhance and extend the interfaces that our customers use to deploy, configure, and monitor their pipelines. The cross-functional team you will join sits between infrastructure, the pipeline, and our customers.
You will be primarily working with Typescript, React, Redux; but our Frontend engineers have ample opportunity to engage with the full stack and dive into the domain of data management. We love functional programming and strong typing; if you have no experience with that, fear not, we’ll be happy to support you in your learning journey.
Speaking of learning, there will be no shortage of opportunities to become familiar with cutting-edge technologies such as the Open Policy Agent, fp-ts, zod, public clouds (we run on AWS), etc.
You will be expected to test your code thoroughly, write top documentation about the features you help deliver, and take turns to investigate our customers’ escalated tickets and respond. We don’t do on-call rotations (not yet, at least).
Technical requirements of the role
● You have professional experience building engaging user experiences for the Web. Extra points if you have experience with Typescript and React/Redux.
● You understand web performance and accessibility standards. You have an array of tools under your belt to support making a web app faster and more accessible.
● You place maximum emphasis on security. Data security and integrity are fundamental to what we do, so you’ll need a solid understanding of security threats and how to overcome them.
We’d Love to Hear From You If:
We take pride in our culture. A strong culture fit is at least as important as technical skills. We try to remain humble while doing our job as best as we can. We recognise that successful teams are not simply the sum of their parts, but rather an empowered, motivated, highly collaborative whole.
● You are kind and empathetic. We expect team members to be polite and respectful when interacting with customers and colleagues alike. Nobody knows everything, no-one is always right, and we all make mistakes. Being able to recognise that and drive discussions or retrospectives towards learning and improvement is paramount.
● You are pragmatic. We can’t do everything today. We highly value correctness and want to be proud of our code, but cannot aim for arbitrary definitions of quality at the expense of feature delivery.
● You enjoy close collaboration with product owners. You have an appreciation for customer feedback and data-informed product development.
● You enjoy working remotely. Our remote team depends on expert collaborators to work effectively. You’ll be a great communicator and enjoy working closely with the team.
● You are self-motivated. You don’t wait to be told what to do. You can understand a problem, drive toward a solution and recognise when you need support or more direction.
What We Offer You in Return:
💰 A competitive package, including share options
🧘 Flexible working
🏖 A generous holiday allowance no matter where you are in the world
💻 MacBook and home office equipment allowance
🫶 1 week of volunteering a year for a cause you feel passionate about
👪 Enhanced maternity, paternity, shared parental and adoption leave

Rayon is building the next generation of architectural design software. More collaborative, simpler, smarter and more beautiful.
The design of building and spaces has a huge impact on our lives. Climate change, affordable housing, sustainable urbanization, future of work : all of these challenges will require us to design a better and more efficient built environment.
But, whereas architectural design is by essence a collaborative endeavor, the tools currently used by architects and designers are not made for collaboration and sharing knowledge. They are complex, they are expensive and they are stuck in an era pre-internet with desktop computers as their paradigm.
We are building a browser based collaborative real time multiplayer editor in order to democratize architectural design and empower designers to create more efficient spaces and buildings.
Who are we ?
We are a small team of 15 people passionate about web technology, architecture, and the built environment. First and foremost, we love building amazing tools for creators.
Rayon was co-founded in October 2021 by Bastien Dolla, an engineer (Polytechnique & Ponts et Chaussées) with 15 years of experience in tech and real estate, andStanislas Chaillou, an engineer and an architect (EPFL & Harvard) with a background in ML research applied to architecture.
Rayon is a French company based in Paris. We are open to remote positions in time zones close to European Central Time.

💡 These points are here to give you an idea of what we think would be a good fit for the job. They are not hard requirements. If you do not fit them perfectly but feel like you would do the job well, do not hesitate to contact us !

A love for highly performant and well crafted applications
The ability and the desire to continually learn new things and improve
2+ years experience in rust software development. A direct experience in game development, the creation of a real time multiplayer tool or a web design tool is a bonus.
A very good knowledge of rust and webassembly development (wasm-bindgen, wasm-pack). A good knowledge of the ECS architecture (specs, bevy, legion). A good knowledge of computer graphics, in particular webgl. Additional experience in web development (Typescript, React, websocket) is a bonus.
A prior startup experience is recommended
Interest or past experience with architectural or interior design projects is a bonus
Why should you join Rayon ?
Help create a product that has the potential to profoundly change for the best how our built environment is designed and that can help spread architectural knowledge throughout the world.
Be part of a small team of passionate members whose culture puts the highest value on design and engineering craftmanship.
Work on state of the art technology (wasm, rust) and solve fascinating problems (computational geometry, computer graphics, real time data sync, machine learning applied to design…)
Competitive compensation and significant equity upside as one of Rayon first team members
What’s our process ?
Send an email at [email protected] (even if you’re afraid your profile does not perfectly fit, do it anyway !)

Opportunity is not evenly distributed. Shopify puts independence within reach for anyone with a dream to start a business. We propel entrepreneurs and enterprises to scale the heights of their potential. Since 2006, we’ve grown to over 8,300 employees and generated over $1 trillion in sales for millions of merchants in 175 countries.
This is life-defining work that directly impacts people’s lives as much as it transforms your own. This is putting the power of the few in the hands of the many, is a future with more voices rather than fewer, and is creating more choices instead of an elite option.
About you
Moving at our pace brings a lot of change, complexity, and ambiguity—and a little bit of chaos. Shopifolk thrive on that and are comfortable being uncomfortable. That means Shopify is not the right place for everyone.

Excel by seeking professional and personal hypergrowth
Keep up with an unrelenting pace (the week, not the quarter)

We’re already trusted by over 10,000 VCs, angels and founders, and we're one of the fastest-growing fintechs in the UK, tripling income YoY. We've raised $3m in seed funding from top angels, family offices and VCs to support our own growth, and we are just getting started.
Your ExperienceMust-Have:

Today over 1.78 million of small and medium-sized businesses in Europe alone need to be compliant with information security frameworks to be able to sell their products and services to enterprise customers.
Secfix automates security compliance for SMBs in Europe. We help SMBs automate ISO 27001, GDPR, TISAX, and SOC 2 in weeks instead of months. Our platform integrates with a company’s tech stack (like AWS, Azure AD, Jira, etc.), automatically extracts the data needed for compliance, and creates a checklist to become and remain compliant.
We grew fast and are looking for skilled engineers to help us improve and scale our product. Check our culture guide.
Why you should join Secfix
Secfix is an early-stage fully remote startup in the best sense of the word. We’re a fun, close-knit team on a mission to become the European compliance automation leader.
We grew from 0 revenue to >1M$ ARR within two years and most of our costs are already covered by revenue. Now we are looking to grow further and faster.
Our trajectory is backed by top investors (4.4M$ raised), including Octopus Ventures, Neosfer (Commerzbank), founders of Signavio and many more angels.
As a Senior Backend Engineer, you will help shape and build every product we deliver to real customers: CTOs, COOs and engineering teams of small and medium businesses. You will also be part of growing a high-performance fully remote software startup.
Who are we looking for?
We're building an environment at Secfix where ambitious, independent engineers can thrive. We want to grow with people who take pride on building actual products, who are curious about how the features we ship are used daily to solve real challenges, and who'll use their in-depth engineering insights to push the envelope on what we can achieve together. We own products and outcomes, not Jira tickets.
We understand that startup life can be demanding, but we believe it doesn’t have to be stressful. Bring your commitment and drive to grow, and we’ll deliver an environment that keeps you happy, healthy, and empowered to do your best work with us.
You should apply if:
You’re ambitious, independent and growth-oriented
You’re comfortable with startup life ambiguity, adapting to changing priorities based on customer and market feedback, and wearing multiple hats
You bring senior talent to our team with 4+ years of equivalent experience
You’re comfortable collaborating and communicating in a remote environment, especially in writing and with Loom. You understand that working independently doesn't mean working alone. Remember, it requires more pro-active communication than working in the office
You can mentor other developers and do code reviews.
You know how to balance speed and quality and how to build leverage in your work through automation, abstractions and good software design and architecture
You should not apply if:
You need a lot of processes to tell you what to do or you're comfortable only picking up tickets from a JIRA board
You only want to write code and don’t really care about the bigger picture and customers
You don’t want to test, deploy, monitor and troubleshoot your own code
You don’t want to lead your own projects, but rather be led by someone else
You don't want to collaborate closely with other areas of the business or engage with users when needed
What you’ll do day-to-day
You’ll be the go-to person for all things backend in your product area
You’ll work closely with the CTO and the Tech Lead to set technical direction
You’ll work closely with our product and design teams and with our customers to identify, plan, design, build and ship features on schedule
You’ll deploy, monitor, troubleshoot, debug, support, maintain and evolve features and code under your responsibility
You’ll own and maintain product and technical documentation
You’ll support other team members on your area of expertise, mentor and develop junior engineers
You’ll follow company's culture and communication guidelines
4-8 years of of industry experience as a backend or product engineer, building user-facing products:
Strong object oriented programming fundamentals in Java
Spring Boot, Hibernate (or equivalent) experience
Relational Database Design and SQL optimisation
Testing, monitoring and troubleshooting
Ability to design and build backend systems that can scale both in supported features and concurrent usage
Previous experience with Golang and/or Typescript is a benefit
Experience with owning features end-to-end, from idea to execution to delivery in production
Experience with communicating software design ideas and adapting to feedback before jumping into coding
Nice to have: Experience working at fully remote companies
Nice to have: Experience working on early stage startups

What does Wire Team do?
The Wire Team plays a pivotal, yet behind-the-scenes, role at CAST AI. While they may not directly manage the products that customers purchase, the value they create is indispensable for making all of CAST AI's offerings functional and user-friendly.
The team develops a wide array of user-facing features that contribute to a fully realized platform. This includes designing robust authorization and authentication flows, managing user and organization accounts, as well as implementing notifications and audit systems, among other tasks. Furthermore, they create frameworks and tools that enable other internal teams to incorporate these capabilities into their own products seamlessly.
In addition to these tasks, the Wire Team is also responsible for implementing enterprise-level Single Sign-On (SSO) integrations as a self-service feature. They work on integrating billing systems with various cloud marketplaces and oversee the management of platform entitlements.
In essence, the Wire Team's efforts are crucial to the very existence of our platform. Their mission is to elevate the user experience, regardless of whether the customer is a small startup, a large enterprise, or an internal engineering team.
Role overview

Requirements
Proficiency in programming languages such as Go
Have a strong knowledge and passion for observability (o11y) stack
Have a passion for Automation and DX tooling
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues in a production environment
A “yes we can” attitude
Ability to work independently or with a group
