They will work closely with our demand generation team, which is responsible for our paid social media strategy, to create a consistent online brand positioning CAST AI as the leader in the Kubernetes automation space.

  • Monitor and analyze social media metrics to measure outcomes and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media to optimize campaigns.

Requirements

  • 2+ years or commensurate experience in the cloud infrastructure, DevOps, and Kubernetes software space.
  • Understanding of the DevOps space, community, and the end users – and how to effectively build awareness and advocates within the community.
  • Strategic planning and project management skills, with experience achieving quantifiable results.
  • Proven experience in creating and implementing successful social media plans backed by data and success metrics.
  • Expertise with various social media platforms and social media posting, monitoring, and measurement tools.

  • Must be able to prioritize, adapt, and multi-task without compromising attention to detail.
  • Equally comfortable developing high-level strategies and leading tactical execution.

What is it for you?

  • Team of highly skilled professionals to work with and learn from,
  • Impact and visibility. Our organization is flat, getting in touch with CEO or CTO is a common practice here,
  • Monthly salary depending on the level of experience.
  • Short feedback loop. We have an obsession with customer satisfaction. The ship features fast and gets instant feedback. Feature projects tend to be completed in 1 to 4 weeks, depending on the scope,
  • Flexible working hours. We deliver instead of sitting in the office 8 to 5.
  • Skin in the game. Every employee gets a share of the company.
  • Time to focus on work with a minimum overhead of meetings, bureaucracy, etc.
  • 10% time to focus on self-improvement or personal projects.
