Hunter is growing and hiring for a dynamic and insightful Product Manager to join our remote team. This is a unique opportunity to become a pivotal part of our company, reporting directly to the CEO and collaborating closely with our Head of Engineering, Bastien Libersa and our entire engineering team. We love working as a small group and don't hire frequently; this is a rare and exciting opportunity to join us. We are a leading B2B SaaS platform that specializes in simplifying cold outreach from lead sourcing to the first reply. Our platform is utilized by over 4 million users worldwide, including top-tier companies like Google, Adobe, Microsoft, and IBM.

We have set up a great work environment focused on autonomy and growth. We take full advantage of the fact we’re entirely remote by focusing primarily on async communication and limiting the number of meetings.

Hunter is a fully remote company, and this is a remote job. It is open to anyone located in the United States, Canada or Europe (between GMT+1 and GMT-5.)

About the Role

As Hunter's Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in coordinating product input from key departments such as sales, customer service, marketing, and leadership. Your expertise will ensure that our strategic roadmap aligns with stakeholder goals while maintaining a well-groomed product backlog. This position offers the chance to work on a product that is natively product-led growth and drive growth for a leading B2B SaaS brand, focusing on creating effective go-to-market plans that appeal to SMBs.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with sales, customer service, marketing, and leadership to gather and prioritize product input.
  • Align product strategy and roadmap with company goals and stakeholder expectations.
  • Maintain a groomed and prioritized product backlog to ensure smooth product development and release cycles.
  • Help develop and execute full lifecycle engagement strategies that resonate with a wide variety of company types (primarily focused on SMBs), driving product adoption and growth.
  • Work closely with the engineering team to ensure product features are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
  • Foster a culture of feedback and continuous improvement by incorporating stakeholder and customer feedback into product development.

Requirements

  • An undergraduate degree with a keen analytical mind and positive but assertive communication skills.
  • 2-3 years of progressive product management experience, ideally in a product-led, freemium B2B SaaS environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute product strategies targeted at SMBs.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and align product development with strategic goals.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of making data-driven decisions.
  • Experience working in a fully remote setting, with proficient skills in asynchronous communication and collaboration tools.
  • Less than 5 years of total product management experience, showcasing a trajectory of growth and learning.
