Salesforce Administrator / App Builder CWE

We are looking for a talented Salesforce Administrator to join our team in the Central West Europe region.

The candidate that will succeed in this position will be able to develop and implement solutions to enhance Salesforce performance. Thus, the candidate may have to work on multiple projects at once, also working to improve the company's best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement solutions to enhance Salesforce performance, including but not limited to updating data model, security settings, automations, reporting, and dashboards.
• Collaborate with the development team, including QA Engineers, Developers and Product Owners, on requirements and deliverables
• Collaborate closely with clients to gain insight into their business needs and recommend solutions to optimize their Salesforce implementation.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for Salesforce processes, policies, and procedures.
• Keep abreast of the latest Salesforce updates and technologies to ensure clients derive maximum benefit from their implementation.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• 1+ years of experience in Salesforce Administration and Consulting.
• Salesforce Certificates, e.g. App Builder or Administrator certificates
• Excellent verbal and written English (B2/C1 level)
• Fluent with Flows
• A solid grasp of Salesforce Metadata & experience with git
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to comprehend and translate business requirements into effective Salesforce solutions.
• Effective communication skills, encompassing both written and verbal communication.
• Self-motivated and capable of working autonomously and collaboratively as part of a remote team.
• Exceptional attention to detail and adept at task prioritization within a fast-paced environment.
