What we’re looking for

Stedi is looking for an exceptional Senior Visual Designer who specializes in creating pixel-perfect designs, has a sharp eye for detail, a deep understanding of brand design, and a passion for creating visually stunning and meticulously crafted marketing sites to help us carry the design language into the application. As a critical Design team member, you will leverage your expertise to ensure that every pixel on every screen is placed with intention and purpose, aligns with Stedi’s product, and attracts the right customers.

What you'll do

• Own the redesign and launch of Stedi’s marketing site using a pixel-perfect approach and ensuring the highest quality of visual execution
• Refine our existing brand to make us stand out
• Develop and maintain comprehensive brand standards, ensuring consistent application of visual identity across all marketing materials and digital platforms
• Collaborate with Product and Customer Operations teams to produce visually compelling designs that effectively communicate our brand’s message and engage our audience
• Work with product designers and engineers to carry the design language into the core application
• Partner with leadership and effectively communicate design decisions and direction
• Articulate, negotiate, and refine design requirements in collaboration with other designers and engineers to arrive at the best design solutions

Who you are

• 5+ years of design experience at a SaaS, technical, product-driven tech company with an accompanying portfolio to showcase your work
• Expert in Figma
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical team members
• Exceptional attention to detail, with a passion for precision in all aspects of design
• Strong organizational and project management skills, capable of leading design projects from concept to completion
• Bonus points for Framer, Rive, frontend development, or product design experience
