The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategy & Operations Manager to work on exploring and implementing new business initiatives. We expect every team member to operate with full e2e ownership over strategy and execution of the specific project, and share their expertise to help achieve our big goals by representing the business interests, supporting the top leaders, and driving the organization forward. The S&O Manager will be an integral part of the team building new services from the ground up within our organization as well as driving operational excellence initiatives. This role requires a unique blend of research, outreach, and communication skills, and the ability to define functional requirements and establish necessary processes to ensure the successful launch and operation of the service.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Implementation: Drive select strategic projects assigned under your supervision to deliver on the broader long-term business strategy.
• Project planning and management: Craft precise project outlines, detailing scope, schedules, resources, and budgets. Manage the respective projects end-to-end, taking full ownership and delivering timely achievement of set milestones.
• Process design: Create and implement efficient and scalable processes for the initiatives you work on.
• Research and development: Perform targeted market and feasibility studies to pinpoint opportunities and assess risks. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings.
• Leadership and stakeholder management: Lead cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative environment. Provide guidance and support to team members, ensuring alignment with project goals and company values. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  

Requirements

• This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in project management, operational improvement, and stakeholder engagement. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading successful strategic initiatives from conception to implementation and will have worked in e-commerce and/or with creators.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or related field. A Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in roles with strategic project implementation and stakeholder management.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in e-commerce, creators agency, retail, or related industries.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex projects from conception to implementation.
• Strong leadership skills and experience in managing cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and negotiate effectively with both internal teams and external partners.
• Understanding of the print-on-demand industry and the unique needs of e-commerce entrepreneurs, creators, and brand owners.
• Highly organized with an analytical mindset, capable of making data-driven decisions.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
