We’re seeking a Technical Marketing Content Writer to join our global and fully remote team at amazee.io. You'll be crucial in creating engaging and informative content showcasing amazee.io's technological solutions, products, and industry expertise. You'll be responsible for interviewing technical team leads, researching and understanding complex technological concepts, and translating them into short and long-form content for various marketing channels, including blogs, social media, white papers, and case studies.

You will collaborate closely with your marketing team colleagues and team members across the organization to educate our audience, establish industry leadership, and boost brand engagement.

Work location: This position is fully remote, however we require you to be based in an EMEA timezone (UTC 0 to UTC +3)

What you’ll do:

• Set the vision for our content strategy and drive the development of key messages that resonate with our target market and ICP.
• Develop and deliver a diverse and engaging content portfolio directed at technical and non-technical audiences, serving the entire customer journey, from awareness to purchase and post-sales.
• Conduct customer and market research to understand industry trends and ensure resonant messages and effective marketing strategy, supported by ongoing monitoring.
• Ensure amazee.io services and offerings are represented consistently and effectively on the amazee.io website, social media channels, and all other customer-facing materials.
• Increase website traffic by following SEO best practices.
• Work with the relevant subject matter experts to conceptualize unique stories about our offerings, services, company, and culture through blog articles, news posts, eBooks, and syndicated content.
• Create content and templates to ensure that sales (direct and indirect via agencies) can effectively and consistently deliver the right messages to potential customers.
  

What you'll bring:

• Proven experience as a technical content writer or copywriter across various mediums, including short-form (website, social, ads) and long-form (fact sheets, solution briefs, white papers, and eBooks).
• Experience writing (technical) content for open source SaaS/PaaS solutions and services.
• Proven track record of researching, strategizing, and developing strong and innovative content.
• Ability to write and speak English on a level that allows you to produce high-quality - professional standard copywriting and communications.
• Experience with keyword research and SEO-optimized content generation and optimization.
• Demonstrated expertise in nurturing a target audience across various platforms and formats such as video, live streams, blogs, emails, and social media to drive traffic and conversion.
• Analytical skills to understand content performance metrics. You can use data to inform your decisions, from content strategy to innovative market trends, new marketing channels, etc.
